Chitosan (also called “chitosan”) comes from the shells of crabs, shrimp / prawns and lobsters. It is claimed that it adheres fats to the digestive tract so that the body does not absorb them.

Chitosan only adheres a small amount of fat, which is not enough to greatly reduce weight.

Is there any danger?

Chitosan appears to be safe. But it can cause flatulence, belly swelling, mild nausea, constipation, indigestion and heartburn. If you are allergic to shellfish, you may have an allergic reaction to chitosan.

Chromium

Coleus forskohlii

Garcinia cambogia has little or no effect on weight loss.

 Is there any danger?

Garcinia cambogia seems to be quite innocuous. But it can cause headache, nausea, and symptoms in the upper respiratory tract, stomach and intestines. A few people taking weight loss supplements containing garcinia cambogia suffered liver damage. However, experts are unaware whether this was due to the presence of the ingredient or the combination of ingredients in diet supplements.
